TUSCUMBIA-Dr. Daniel Haulman, Organizational History Division Chief at the U.S. Air Force TA-first-flight.1Historical Research Agency, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama and co-author of “The Tuskegee Airmen an Illustrated History: 1939-1949” will present rare new insights of The Tuskegee Airmen, an elite band of African American P47 and P51 Mustang fighter pilots whose escort of B17 and B24 Bomber missions during World War II significantly changed the course of world history.

 

The presentation which will be held on Thursday, 26 September 2013 beginning 7 p.m. at the Coldwater Book Store located at 101 West 6th St., Tuscumbia, AL, will be followed by a book signing. The event is free to the public.
