Deborah Harp-Hess, 38, of Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Nicole Harp; mother, Louise Harp; and father, Bobby Harp.
She is survived by brothers, Robert Harp, Phil Campbell, Harold Harp and wife, Tammy, Russellville; sisters, Donna Little and husband, Nathan, Phil Campbell, Lynn Jones and husband, Gary, Phil Campbell; five nieces and eight nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Pinkard Funeral Home chapel, Russellville, with Billy Jones officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home o5-8 p.m. Monday, Sept.16, 2013.
