Steven Edward Futrell, 48, of Florence, died Aug. 3, 2013, at Mitchell-Hollingsworth in Florence. He was a general laborer and a Baptist.
Survivors include his mother, Emma Jean Futrell; brothers, Gregory Howard Futrell, William Thomas Futrell and wife, Shelby; sisters, Belinda Jean Thornton, Theresa Gail Wallace; a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Ann Futrell, and father, Howard O’Neal Futrell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 4-6 p.m.at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 6 p.m. with Brother Mike Crews officiating.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
