TUSCUMBIA – Saturday’s edition of the 2013 Helen Keller Festival saw a huge crowd of visitors in Spring Park. The weather was great, people were in a festive mood, and the music was second to none.
The Quad-Cities Daily was there photographing the event. As a side note, we were really pleased that so many folks came up to the QCD photographers to say, “Hello” (and to have their pictures taken). Looks like this news site may be catching on… What do you think? Thanks for the support!
