Craft250 (1)Funeral services for CSM James B. “Jim” Craft (Retired), age 77 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Saturday morning at 11:00 AM at Higgins Funeral Home with Pastor A. J. Alderman officiating. Mr. Craft passed away Thursday in the Life Care Center in Tullahoma, TN. Burial will be Sunday in Elba, AL.

He was a native of Ozark, AL and the son of the late George J. and Vergie Walls Craft. Mr. Craft was retired from the U. S. Army and was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife Frankie Burton Craft of Fayetteville, granddaughter Tina (Eric) Atchley of Huntsville, AL, great-grandson Jared Haymaker of Huntsville, AL, three sisters Julia Hatcher of Crawfordville, FL, Sue (Dennis) Johnson of Athens, AL and Linda Gayle (Ralph) McGee of Athens, AL, two brothers Jack (Linda Faye) Craft of Little Rock, AR and Jerry Craft of Muscle Shoals, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents George W and Vergie Walls Craft, his first wife Pastine Craft, son James R. Craft, daughter-in-law Isabella Craft and brother Jerome Craft.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5-8 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
